My Frigidaire dishwasher has 4 roller wheels on both sides. Does this manufacture number 154331606 has 8 rolling wheels?Some of the tips that hold the dishes are burning off

Lower dishwasher rack, the photo shows a white one.. but this part should be a grey rack? Is the photo incorrect?

I have only had this dishwasher for less than 2 years and already the lower rack is peeling and one of the bars is rusted and ready to break if i were to push it with dish.

The prongs that hold the dishes were burning off.
I rolled out the old bottom dish rack and rolled in the new one with no problems. In fact, the new bottom dish rack is much better that the original that came from the factory. It only took about less than one minute.
