The light on the top of my fridge are not working, but the ones on the sides are. Is it true that if I replace the one that is out then the rest of them will start working again?

Hello Mary, thank you for the great question. You may need to replace the light assembly, part number PS12578776, to fix the issue. Lights are connected in series replacing the faulty one will fix the issue. We hope this information is useful!

One light at the top of the refrigerator Maytag MFT277 is not working. Can I repalce this one light?

why does my 5 led lights in top not coming on but the rest of them do

According to our research, you may need to replace the LED Light Module and Harness, part number PS12578776, because if one of the lights in the series fails, the other lights will also go out. The refrigerator LED Light Module, part number PS11702378, will also need to be checked. If you are still facing the same problem, you may need to check the Electric Control Board, part number PS12349512. We hope this solves your problem!
Both the lights in top of fridge and lights in freezer stopped working. Lights in fridge on sides ARE working. Recommendation? Seems like I need 2 light modules, but both going off at nearly the same time is bothersome

The part number for 3 LED Light Module and Harness is PS12578776. The part number for the light board is PS11702378, you need two of these. We hope this solves your issue!

Hi Dawn, thank you for the question. Based on the tech data sheet of your model, the lights in your model are in series. The freezer LED is the first in series with the refrigerator section side LED's. Replace the freezer LED module, part number PS11702378, and the rest of the lights in the refrigerator should go back to normal as well. Let us know if you have further questions!
