Hi my washer will not dispense fabric softener all screens clean if i switch the hot and cold water lines to washer the hot water will dispense softener.

We would recommend checking the cold water valve, part number PS12348073, and the hot valve, part number PS12348074, with a multimeter to ensure that the valves are not faulty. We would also suggest checking the water lines for kinks and blockage. If this does not help, check the dispenser drawer, part number PS12347474, for damages.
