Replaced old dish racks that had rusted and had broken tines.
Took the old wheels, and other parts from the old racks and installed them on the new. The wheels on the lower rack just snap on. Also the folding tines just snapped on. On the upper rack the brackets that hold the wheels have two screws that hold the bracket. I removed them and then installed the bracket on the new rack in the same position as on the old one. The only hard part was getting the old spray arm off the old rack. I had no directions so I had to figure it out for myself. I finally cut the the old rack to get the pressure tower off. It was stuck because of having been in place for more than ten years. Putting the tower and the arm on the new rack was no problem once I had it removed. Total time to do the job about 45 minutes.

Replaced upper and lower racks
Easy. only one little trouble spot. but very easy " repair" for the lower rack. take out of box. place in dishwasher. pull old center spindle part off by twisting 90 degrees and put into new rack same way. When replacing the top rack. keep the old one in one piece till you put together the new one. mine didn't come with any instructions. pretty simple anyway. but no problem when you can use your old one as a guide. once you put it together the only hard part i had was right at the end.. figures right!! last piece.. but to snap back in the center unit the spins around into the new one took alot of force. but it went. thats it...

rusted racks
Repair went OK but there were no instructions at all. Just boxes full of parts. Otherwise, assembly went smoothly. The dishwasher works like new. ( I feel that the parts were way over priced)

Racks had broken tines in racks
It was simple just took out the racks and used them as model. Placed new rack side by side, opened bag and laid parts out for new racks. BY looking at old it was easy to put together. New racks work like a charm.
Thanks for being there it saved me having someone come out and/or just buying a new one when ther was nothing wrong withthe old one.

Tines where falling off old rack
The dishwasher is 25 years old. Ordering the part was simple. Very good web site and user friendly. The shipment and delivery perfect. Part arrived as predicted. Tracking delivery was also perfect. Part was exactly what I needed. The only hitch was that there were no instructions for assembly, not even a drawing of the assembly to give a hint as how to assemble. Therefiore assembly took longer than it should have. However the diswasher is back in operation and I am pleased with the results.

Sent wrong rack
Well, I tried to 'splain in upper box. Wrong rack came, your c/s guy was A++, sent me a pp return label. The replacement was here the NEXT DAY!
The only problem I encountered was that the wire used to make the replacement was slightly smaller than original. The pipe-jet that forces the water up to the top rack would not stay on. I fixed it by drilling 4 holes in the old pipe-jet and used cable ties to hold it in place. This would be a problem for a person with no creative skills. This is a problem that you may need to bring to the attention of your vendor OR you could include a new pipe-jet thing that would lock on the new, smaller diameter wire. On your side, customer service and response to the shipping error was an awesome experience, apparently the Lady taking the first order mishandled. I can't tell you how professional and responsive your guy handling my "it's the wrong rack" phone call was. He admitted the error and FIXED IT, proper rack was here in North FL the next day. I just love it when companies DO THE RIGHT THING, I bet your competitors would have tried to make it MY problem. WELL DONE!

Upper dishrack needed replaced
I removed the upper dishrack easily by removing the end clips and sliding the tray out. Removal of the revolving sprayer was easy as it just clipped on to the bottom of the rack. The rack was not the rack that was ordered and I was informed that this was the correct rack for the dishwasher even though the description and picture was different that what I received. There were no instructions with the rack to explain how to attach the "flaps" that can go over lightweight dishes to keep them from flipping. Every way I tried to attach the flaps did not work. When I was able to attach one it would pop off if I raised the flap to place a dish underneath it. I finally gave up on the flaps and reinserted the rack onto the rails and put the end clips back in place. The rack works fine other than it is not the one that was described and was not the rack that I wanted.
