For model number LSR5132PQ0

Will this tub ring stop water from splashing out of washer ? water sometimes splashes out from under lid onto back control panel and sometimes sides. thanks
For model number wtw5100sq0

Hi Mike, Thank you for your question. The purpose of the tub ring is to help offset the weight of the load and to keep the rotation of the basket stable. There is is liquid inside the tub ring that adjusts to the motions of the basket to keep it balanced. Overtime, through wear or damage, the liquid can leak out. If water is splashing out of the tub when it is in use, then the tub ring may need to be replaced. If you would like to place an order for it, you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hi Victor, Thank you for your question. If your washer shakes and moves during the spin cycle, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the suspension springs, the tub springs, the tub wear pads, the leveling spring, the suspension pads, the directional cogs, the suspension ring retainer and the leveling legs. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
