I need to replace knobs on the front of gas range kitchen aid stove. The aluminum stickers have crumbled off and need to replace them

Is this replacement part knob complicated to install? or does it pop right on the stove front? Ours is broken.

I need the metal retainer clip that goes inside the back of the control knob ....in the half circle shaped hole that accepts the metal stem on the range. Without it the knob falls of the range.
