There is no power not turning on
For model number KUDE20IXSS9
Hi Ann, thank you for your question. I would suggest checking your door latch to make sure that the switches are still working. When this part malfunctions it will not allow power to get to the board. You may also want to take a physical look at your wiring harness inside of your door to make sure there are no burns or breaks in the wiring. If those parts are fine, the problem might actually be in your control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Whirlpool gas stove: Fires up but when oven reaches temp the gas stays firing. Oven gets way too hot. When i hit the cancel button to turn the oven off, it beeps like usual and the temp reading turns to the time like usual but the oven stays lit.Is this a circuit board/electronics issue?
Hi Nick, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance. First I would say test your igniters with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 1100 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. If those three parts are fine however, then the issue may be in your control board or the spark module. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Dishwasher will not cycle between wash, rinse, dry cycles. Each will run independently. Just replaced the pump and water seems normally hot.

My KitchenAid dishwasher has a problem. The touchpad has no any response even when I power cycle it. The indicator of "washing", "top rack only" and "proscrub" are always on. Need help to know which parts fix this issue. Thanks!

The unit acts as though there is no power to it. I've checked the door latch and it functions and closed the contact switch. Is this a problem with the main control board or is there a fused link somewhere in the unit? Thanks.

I have purchased many control panels from you for this KitchenAid dishwasher. They keep burning out. What is part no. 6 ("cntrl elec, part no. Ps11759622) on your control panel and latch diagram? Could this part be causing the continued burn out of the control panel?

Thank you for your question. Number 6 in the diagram is the electronic control board. If a test is performed on an electronic control board it is usually to verify if it is receiving power. There is no ohms reading that you would get from an electronic control board with a multimeter. You can do a visual inspection of an electronic control board to see if there are any burn marks on it and to verify if the connections on it are fitted properly. I hope this helps. Thank you for your question. We have investigated this issue further for you. You mentioned in your original question to us that each control panel you have installed has burned out. If this is happening the issue usually lies with moisture getting into the control panel and getting on the membrane that would attach to the electronic control board. The issue would not be the electronic control board. If a test is performed on an electronic control board it is usually to verify if it is receiving power. There is no ohms reading that you would get from an electronic control board with a multimeter. You can do a visual inspection of an electronic control board to see if there are any burn marks on it and to verify if the connections on it are fitted properly. We apologize for the misinformation in our previous response to you. We have updated our previous response to you with this information. There is a diagnostics sheet just behind the toe panel of your dishwasher that you may reference to run some tests if you are having issues with your dishwasher.
