I am in need of a burner cap and surface burner knobs for the above Amana gas stove.

Thank you for your question. The knob comes in two colors, white which is under part PS11756740 and black under part PS11756741 both are sold individually for your model. As for the burner caps, the right rear burner cap is under part PS11749472, and the other three burner caps are all under part PS11747514 sold individually for your model. We hope this helps.
