Thr led lights down both sides of the inside of my refrigerator are extremely dim (almost cant see them burning) but the two lights on the "ceiling" and the light in the drawer are fine. I tried turining off power but no result. Can you help? Thanks.
For model number WRF989SDAM02
Hello James, thank you for your question. We would recommend replacing the light modules themselves, part number W10695459. If that doesn't fix the issue, check the wiring between those lights that are not working and the main board and inverter at the back. If the wiring is fine, one of the electronic boards will have to be replaced. I hope this helps!

I have a KitchenAid refrigerator that most of the interior fridge lights are out plus the freezer lights. 2 lights plus the deli drawer lights are still working. Which control do I need for that? Thanks.

When replacing this main board, do I need to replace the interface board as well?
For model number KFIS29PBMS02
Hello Arthur, thank you for contacting us. We have researched and found that the control board you mentioned comes separately. If the control board is faulty, then you may need to replace it without replacing the user interface board. We hope this information helps!

At first the water dispenser stopped working until a power down was done. Then the ice maker stopped working (was still cold)
Now lights are doing a disco theme at times.
Tried the diagnostics without any success.
Main control board?
For model number KFIV29PCMS03
Hello Stewart, thank you for your inquiry. According to our understanding, the issue is most probably with the dispenser control board. The dispenser control board comes along with the main control board, part number PS11765504. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
P0 error message reoccurring after confirmation. Tried to resetting by cutting power but didn't fix it
For model number WPW10589837
Hi Eli, thank you for contacting us. The Power Outage PO indicator lets you know if the power supply to the refrigerator has been turned off and the freezer temperature has risen to 18°F (-8°C) or higher. The control panel temperature display will read “PO,” and an alert tone will sound three times. “Confirm” will blink until you acknowledge the power outage by pressing MEASURED FILL under “Confirm”. Once the power outage has been confirmed, the “PO” will disappear, and the display will return to the Home screen. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Refrigerator turns off then back on temperature is good but a little ice build up in freezer. Would this be the right control board ?
For model number Wrf989sdab02
Hi Kent, thank you for your question. When you are having temperature problems in your fridge, there are a few parts that could cause the issue. You can use a multi meter to test most of the parts. Make sure you cut power to your appliance before doing any repairs or tests. First you should test your defrost thermostat. Place the thermostat in ice cold water for 2-3 minutes after removing it from your appliance. It should be reading 0 ohms to be working correctly. Another part to check would be your defrost heater. Remove it from the appliance. It should be reading anywhere between 0 - 50 ohms to be working. You could check your temperature sensor. To find the correct reading for this part you will have to refer to your tech sheet that comes with your appliance. You can usually find this tech sheet behind the bottom grille of your fridge on either the right or left side. These are the most common parts that cause this issue in your appliance. So it is suggested you check them first. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
