Why is part W10397391 m1 contained in the package for WPW10397395?

Thank you for contacting us. Part W10397391 is not a part number. This part is just the water drip tray catcher or the grille in the bottom of your dispenser area. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I dont understand about this part I want. It is at the floor of fridge and it has a square door that opens to put filter in. It broke! I figured I need the whole grille. I keep getting shown a picture w/order number but it is not the part I want. It is #17 on the diagram. I need GRAY. I mistakenly said black but I was wrong.

Based on our research, the door you are referring to does not come as a part of the kickplate, but it comes as a part of the water filter housing, part number PS11738003. So, if you are looking to replace the water filter door, you may need to replace the water filter housing. We hope this information is useful!
