The door on my soap dispenser broke and i think there is a spring involved. Is it possible to replace the dispenser door and spring only without having to buy the whole dispenser?
For model number Whirlpool Dishwasher WDF310PAAB4
Hello Robert, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the door is not sold separately. The whole dispenser would have to be replaced which is PartSelect Number: PS11752407. Good luck with your repair!

We purchased the dish soap/rinse aid part for my dishwasher and installed it as instructed. However now we have water leaking from around the dish dispenser, what would be the cause of this?
For model number ADB1100AWS2
Hi Yvonne, thank you for contacting us. If your dishwasher is leaking water, you will need to check the water supply line for leaks or breakages. Ensure that the water line is installed correctly. If your dishwasher is not level on the surface, it could also cause leaking. You will need to check the water inlet valve, part number PS12578165, for leaks. If your dishwasher's door gasket is soiled, it may prevent the door from sealing properly and will cause a leak. We hope this information helps.
The clip to hold the door broke do we have to buy the whole thing
For model number 66513073k214
Hello Justin, thank you for reaching out. Yes, you would need to replace the whole dispenser assembly, part number PS11752407, as the door clip is not sold separately. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
