My upper rack, even after replacing the upper rack tracks, would pivots forward or backward out of the horizontal.
It was easy to remove the old parts by using a screwdriver to push in “tabs” that kept retainer clips in place. Once removed, it was a matter of easy assembly in reverse and then re-clip. It became clear that the problem was because a few tabs that click into the sliding track and worn to the point where they no longer retained a tight connection to the track causing the upper rack to tilt with weight to front or back. Sure, the parts are a bit pricey but not when compared to a repair visit or a new KitchenAid which otherwise was functioning perfectly.

Parts ps11756592 and ps11751101 are part of the housing that adjusts the rack up and down. The one on the right side of our dishwasher is not working. There is definitely a left and a right so i am wondering what the part number is for the right side on the upper rack. Thanks
For model number KDFE204EWH0
Hi Wayne,
Thank you for your question. This part is actually the same on the left and right hand side of the rack. The part that it attaches to has a left and a right side. Those are parts: PS11756592 and PS11756593. Good luck with your repair.

Where is the mail fuse for the unit, and can it be replaced by removing the front cover?
For model number KUDE70FXSS5
Hello Steve, Thank you for the question. The fuse is only sold and replaceable with the Dishwasher Electronic Control Board. The fuse its self is part of the Board. We hope this helps!
