2 questions: Drum wobbles a lot, and makes noise, then it trips the spin control so that we have to unplug the machine overnight for it to reset itself. If you where to unplug it for only an hour or so,when you turn on the power and move the selector to drain / spin, the door locks followed by a click (in the back of the machine?) then nothing. Is it a central control unit (ccu) ? if so what is the part number for there are two(2) as i see it part #3 & part #6.
as for the out of balance of the drum, how many shock absorbers are there, found one in the back by the drum motor, are there others? perhaps springs ? awfully wobbly when starting the spin cycle
thanks

Hi Andy,
Thank you for your question. Based on what you described, if you have to unplug the washer to get it to reprogram then the issue is likely the main control board, part number PS11755972. Also, if the drum is wobbling, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the shock absorbers, the spring, the leveling legs, the drive belt, the stacking kit, the counterweight and the bellow. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hi Jean-Guy,
Thank you for your question. It sounds like the issue could be either the electronic control board or the door lock latch. You will need to test both parts with a multimeter to see which part is causing the issue. Here is a link to one of our videos on YouTube that you may reference on how to use one, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWC44fHn0As. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello Jean-Guy, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the Door Lock Latch part PS11751211, the Door Strike/Hook part PS11746261, or the Temperature Sensor part PS11755214. We hope this helps.

Hello Mario, Thank you for contacting us. Researching your model, we would recommend checking the water inlet valve, the water level pressure switch, and the water level pressure switch hose. Check the hose for any clogs or leaks, and you can test the water inlet valve and pressure switch with a multimeter. Good luck with your repair.
