We had been waiting for these parts for over a month and then we found Part Select. The part was delivered quickly and the process was easy. The washer door closes now. The only criticism is that the part was expensive for what it is, higher priced than the other company. However, it arrived and now it’s fixed.

The part that holds the hinge to the door (looks a little like two screws) both broke. They look stuck inside the hinge so I am assuming I need a new hinge, but do I need to buy one or two of the bolts that fasten the door to the hinge?

Hello Richard, Thank you for reaching out. The most common cause is worn or missing caps. Only way to know for sure is to check the caps to make sure they are all still there and not damaged.
