Dryer Repair
It was exactly the part we needed to fix my dryer. Once my son installed the new timer my dryer worked again. The part came quickly so I wasn't without the dryer long. We would order future parts from this site.

Timer dial not working correctly
Unclip the control panel and roll back, unscrew old timer switch and install new one, same with the push-to-start button/switch
Dryer stopped before reaching end of any given time cycle.
1. Unplugged power cord. Always a good idea. 2. Slid plastic putty knife under each corner of control panel from front to back to release spring clips. 3. Removed old timer. 4. Installed new timer. 5. Pushed corners (spring clips) of control panel back into place. 6. Plugged in power cord. 7. Dryed a load of laundry. 8. Wife was happy.
P.S. The screw driver was used to disengage plastic clip harness plug from the timer. Did not need the Push-to-Start switch, bought it because I figure it will be the next item needing replacement.

My dryer will only start when I set it on 60 - no other numbers. Is this a problem that a new timer will correct?
For model number 11069822801
Hello Terry, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the Thermal Fuse part PS11741460, the 3 Wire Door Switch part PS11741701, or the Push-To-Start Switch part PS11742178. We hope this helps.

My dryer won’t start unless it is set at about 30 minutes. I have to play with it to be in just the right place to start.
For model number 11069822801
Hi Colleen, thank you for your question. You may want to look at your start switch, and then the timer for being the issue. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
