Can you provide instructions on replacing the arm assembly, part #W10128850, or on how to remove the microwave door, so that I can confirm which parts are broken and need to be replaced?

Hello Victor,
Thanks for your question. We would highly recommend having a technician remove these parts as the arm can contain a high-voltage charge even after the microwave is unplugged. Removing the microwave door involves unscrewing the frame and taking apart the sections of the inner door.
