I only need the decal for the control panel. The start button and cancel button cover have fallen off. It says it's a quiet partner 1, and it's black.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for your question. The decal for the control is only available through replacing the entire control panel for your model. We hope this helps!

Discovered a light blinking on the control panel. Disconnected the power for 5 minutes and reconnected. Pressed the Normal and the Hi-temp buttons twice within 3 seconds. All lights began flashing for a couple of seconds and stopped. Hoping this reset procedure had resolved the issue, the normal and Hi-temp buttons were pressed and the cycle appeared to work normally until just before the end of cycle. The unit stopped and the Cancel/Resume light was flashing. Pushing the resume button will resume the wash cycle and the dishes are satisfactorily. What would you recommend to repair this unit? It's 15 years old and has delivered great service until recently.

Hi William, thank you for asking. Based on our research, a lot of the time, blinking lights have to do with the heating element. We would recommend testing your element with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly. If it is, then you may need to check the electronic control board, part number PS11748220, to fix the issue. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!
