Timer damaged in move
I removed the two screws holding the top to the washer. Screws are located in the back. I then removed all the knobs. I lifted the entire control panel and moved about 6 inches with all wires still connected. I then removed the wiring connector and on screw holding the timer to the panel. It is a little tricky releasing the tabs on the timer to remove. Just have to be patient until you can move the tabs. Basically put back in the reverse order

On the normal cycle everything works but it will not run the spincycle but will advance to off.Spin cycle will work if it is pulled out slightly and held. Everything on all other cycles permanent press,gentle and pre wash works. Do i need to replace the timer?

Hello Ronney, thank you for your question. Yes, it does sound like the issue is with the timer itself. If all other cycles work, and the unit will spin on other cycles, and fiddling with the timer on the normal cycle can get it to work properly, the issue is most likely the timer itself, part number Washer Timer - 60 Hz. Hello Ernest, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Dog Ear in the Agitator Repair Kit, PartSelect Number PS334650. If they are wore down or broken the agitator will not agitate. Hope this helps!

You will need to check the agitator directional cogs, the direct drive motor coupling, the lid switch, clutch assembly, the gearcase, the agitator, the lid switch actuator assembly, the gear and pinion and the motor. Hello Hattie,
Thanks for your question. First, test the lid switch, part number PS11722098 for continuity with a multimeter and replace it if it shows no continuity. Check the drain pump, part number PS11741239, for signs of damage or any obstructions, and replace it if needed. You may also want to check the drain hoses for signs of obstruction as well.
