Would not pump water out at end of cycle.
First you need to remove the water from the machine, a shop vac hooked to the drain line works very well. Next remove the lower front panel ( two screws at bottom corners) and unplug pump. Remove the hose clamps and remove the hoses. Remove the screw at the front of the pump assembly and pull toward you and lift up. Instal new pump in reverse order.

I had a leaking around the door.
I took off the front lower panel and the top panel. I also removed the door. I used the screwdriver to remove the first spring and then loosed the screw on the second ring that holds the bellow in place.

The plastic handel broke, but the screws that held it in place doesn't seem to be either a phillips nor a slot head screw. What type of driver does it take to remove the screws?
For model number GHW9100LW2

Hi David, Thank you for your question. From what I am seeing underneath your model information the screws are a torx 20 driver. Good luck with your repair.
