Rinse Aid Dispenser Reservoir

Hi Andy, Thank you for your question. If there is a build up of detergent in the dishwasher this can prevent the detergent from leaving the dispenser. You will need to clean the dispenser with warm soapy water. Also, make sure the that the water entering the dishwasher is hot enough to dissolve the soap. You may have to run the hot water for a few minutes in the kitchen sink before using the dishwasher. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
