Handle Broke on one end
I first removed the drawer from under the oven, then I used 2 strips of packing tape to hold the front glass in place. Next I loosened the 4 screws on the bottom side of the door to the point just before they would fall out. Next I had someone help hold the glass as we removed the tape and slid the glass from under the handle and set it aside. Once the glass was off I removed the 4 screws on top of the door and the 4 screws (2 each side) holding the handle brackets. From that point it was just a couple of screws on the back of the handle to swap the broken part for new and reassembling everything. Could be done in 30 minutes, 40 by yourself. Maytag wants $24 to tell you how to do this, it's not worth the money. Also, PartSelect.com sold me the part for 30% than Sears or Maytag advertise - they've earned a permanent bookmark in my browser!

The handle to open the oven door had pulled off on the right side.
Replacing the handle requires removing the front glass, the top trim piece, and the brackets that hold the handle to the oven door.
First remove the three screws that hold the metal piece at the bottom of the glass and remove that metal piece and the glass. Then remove the four screws that hold the handle bracket to the main oven door. Next remove the three screw at the top of the top trim . Remove the whole trim piece with the handle and brackets. Remove the old handle from the brackets. Install the new handle onto the brackets (through the new top trim. Reassemble.

Bottom oven door handle broke when someone tried to open door too soon following self-cleaning cycle.
We removed the door from the hinges by sliding it up. Then we removed all the screws holding the door together. We had to remove the screw securing the trim. Next we removed the screws inside the trim holding the old handle. We replaced the handle and trim and screws in reverse order. Finally, we re-attached the door by sliding it onto the hinges.

Replaced the Handle on the Range Door
After the repair I determined that the door did not need to be removed from the stove. The top 3 screws needed to be taken out, the front clase needed to be slid out by pushing it right to left or left to right. Then the bracket that held the inside screw assembly needed to be removed. The new handle needed to be installed and the bracets put back into place. The front glass needed to be reinstalled right to left or left to right. The hardest part of my install was putting door back on the range, the hinges kept popping out of place before setting into the range. The best way to replace the hangle would be to not remove the door from the range.

Right side of lower oven door broke off
I pulled the oven door off and set it on the counter. I unscrewed all the visible screws and carefully removed the glass. Found some more screws that needed removal. Removed the old handle, attached the new. Then re-assembled everything. I kept parts aside in the order I took them off, so I knew what order to re-assemble. My only problem was the weight of the door as I am a 74 year old female and, to me, the door was very heavy. Otherwise it was not a difficult task.
