The burners inside the oven would not light
Pulled Oven from wall, disconnected gas and electric, removed bottom drawer, laid oven on its back, removed dual outlet valve ( tight space to loosen fittings, had to remove burner in oven to replace valve.) installed new valve, put teflon tape on all screw joints and tightened, Removed old Oven igniter and installed new igniter while burner was removed during the step above, reconnected all wires, connected gas, plugged in oven, pushed back into place, releveled range, Oven works great. Time does not include cleaning of range and area underneath, repainting the range top. I cleaned the range top burners also and they light much quicker now

No problem at all
Pulled stove away from wall to access gas valve in rear. Adjusted the jet on the replacement valve for LP gas and connected the four control wires. Two open end wrenches and one stubby phillips screwdriver were all that was needed.

Hello,my broil works fine, but the lower Flame does not turn on all the time, and it take too long to release the gas. The Flame is small and sometimes it turns of leaving a gas smell. What part do i need to replace ?
For model number PGR5715BDW

Hello German, thank you for your question. It sounds like the igniter is not drawing enough voltage to open the gas valve all the time. We would recommend replacing the igniter. I hope this helps!

My igniter in the lower part of oven was not working. I replaced it and now the broiler igniter and lower igniter will not work. Is there a fuse to either of them?
For model number 3468XVA
PartSelect logo
Hi William, Thank you for your question. There is not fuse listed, but if the oven is not heating or turning on, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the dual outlet oven safety valve, the oven sensor and the gas pressure requlator. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Oven stopped working, broiler works as does stove top
For model number MGR5729ADW

Hello Joh, thank you for writing. There are a few parts we advise testing with a Multi Meter when this issue occurs. Those would be the Oven Sensor, the Element, and the Ignitor. I hope this helps.

Bought your flat style oven igniter ,which solved the oven not starting and the smell of gas. But now we seem to have an issue with the timming to get the oven up to 350 it took 40 minutes to reach 350..is there a voltage problem with the igniter or duel valve ? oven heated using the broiler to 340 in about 10 minutes,if that helps.thanks
For model number N3478VVV

Hi Robert, I would recommend the oven igniter kit 12400035 . As you said the Broiler heats in 10 minutes so it is likely not a voltage issue. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
