The refrigerator works but the freezer only gets to about 32 degrees

Hello Paul, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the freezer door gasket. If this does not resolve the issue, then you may need to check the evaporator fan motor, part number PS11755853, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
