Old agitator kept flinging off in the middle of the wash cycle.
I just ordered the part from your sight and it got delivered in a matter of days. I took the top piece off of my old agitator and put it on the new one and just popped it in the washer. Works like a charm. Nice to not have to run to the washer and fix it all the time. Thank you so much for your quick rescue. I had a hard time finding the part around here. It was nice to have it delivered to my door. Thanks again.

upper agitator kept flying off during spin cycle
i replaced the 2 parts listed above.
very easily by using a 7/16 wrench to unloosen
the bolt that holds the agitator base on. pulled it off
(you have to pull a little hard) to unseat the base from the assy. looks like a tapered fit. then push the new one on. (make sure it bottoms out) then install & tighten the bolt. & then slide on the upper agitator

I needed to replace the lint filter that is also the upper agitator.
There was no repair process. I just removed the old part by lifting it, and I inserted the new part. I was just happy that I was able to replace the part without having to call a repair person.

Upper agitator broke off and was floating around in the washing machine
Removed the upper agitator from the washing machine. Took off the old cap and placed it on the new agitator. Then I snapped the new agitator into place on the base. It took me all of about 30 seconds. Best part of it all, I ordered it online and I received it the very next day. Great service! Thanks.

agitator caused loud noise during spin cycle caused by becoming disloged
the service was unbelievable - I placed the order on Friday afternoon and the part arrived on Saturday. I took the lint filter/agitator out of the box, and replaced the old one - I removed the cover from the old lint filter/agitator, placed it on the new one and the washing machine was set to go. The entire process took less than 1 minute.

Can you tell me the height of the filter? My filter is 11 1/4 inches tall (25.575 cm). I am returning the filter that i just purchased from you (wp63840) as it is only 9 3/4 inches. I am hoping that ps11743343 is the the taller model.

The agitator no longer stays on the base during operation, especially during spin cycle. How can I tell if it's just a matter of replacing it, or if the base is damaged and needs something as well? Thank you for your advice. Gordon

Hello Gordon, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Agitator Assembly, PartSelect Number PS349692 to see if the tabs underneath are wore out or damaged. You can also make sure the top of the Agitator where the bolt screws into to see if it is stripped or if the bolt, PartSelect Number PS11741866 is stripped. Hope this helps!
