LED light will not come on when using ice or water to dispense.

Hi Jeffrey, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, if the LED light does not come on, it indicates that the light is faulty and may need to be replaced. The LED light for your model is not available separately but comes as a part of the dispenser funnel chute, part number PS11738681. Let us know if you have further questions!

The Panel Lights up. Ice is still Being made. But the frig will not dispense ice or water. It makes no noise or sign that it is attempting to dispense water or ice. Is the dispenser funnel shoot the likely culprit.
