Your videos suggest a "popping" noise may be a broken cam...my right side refrigerator door makes more of a clunking noise and it feels like the door drops a little when it's being opened...any idea which part i should be ordering? do i need to take this beast apart to see if i can see an actual crack in any of the pieces? if i order the wrong piece is it returnable?

Thank you for your question. You may want to check your hinges and your door cams? It seems like it is going to be the issue. If everything looks good and is not worn, I would suggest then making sure that your refrigerator is level. Sometimes if it gets unlevel it will cause the doors to open strangely. The right side door was was making a popping sound/hard click when opened half-way. It also appeared to drop. Now it has lost the ability to close on its own, seems to be no spring or tension in the hinge. Please advise what part(s) may need to be replaced to correct this problem. Also, since the refrigerator was new (2012), the left side door never shut consistently, it would stop when it reached the frame, and I would have to push shut. Thanks for your assistance,

When the left door is closed the right door pops open. Is there a magnet or other part used to keep the right closed?

Hello, I've tried replacing the "door closer" bushing on the lower hinge but the refrigerator door still "pops" when opening. I believe I need the plastic bushing that accepts the door closer that sits inside the door, but I do not see it on your schematic. Would you be able to tell me if this is a replaceable part? The right side fresh food section door is part number PS17215288, and the left side fresh food section door is part number PS17215289. We hope this helps!
When the door is closed it still beeps and wont allow the water dispenser to work. Manual pushed the two switches in on the sides. Still does recognize that the door is closed

I replaced the door closing cam on my right door part number wp12028505ap. I will call this the male. I’m looking for the part for what would be the female to this. It is located in the door itself. The door somewhat auto closes but will not close all the way and I have to manually push it close. Also door pops open when left side door closes
