Washing Machine Upper Agitator

Received the part very quickly, install was quick and easy.

Part arrived very quickly and in good shape. The original part is the same but the attachment method has improved. The original part broke at base due to the tiny washer & attaching bolt loosening. So during washing and spinning cycles the parts plastic at the base cracked and ripped off. New rubber washer and oversized washer helps fix this problem. INSTALLATION note: You will need a VERY long or multiple of socket wrench extensions to reach the bottom. The rubber washer is very thick compared to the original part and needs to be compressed ALOT to permit the washer to seat onto the agitator plastic base inside. Do not stop once torqueing when you feel a little resistance, the rubber spacer will eventually compress. I put some extra Blue thread locking lock-tite on the screw to avoid loosening. In about a week check that the compression is still good since the rubber will "flow". Move the agitator once in a while with your hand to check if it rocks back and forth. If it does then tighten it a little.

Part was delivered promptly and the it only took 10 minutes to get the washer back up and running.

Even though it was a long weekend I received this within 2 days. Very easy to install and machine was up and running straight away.

Great condition, bettrler than the original

The toughest part was figuring out how to insert the screw at the bottom of the agitator. After a few minutes trying, I inserted the bolt into the extension socket, and guided the bolt into the hole with the narrow part of the agitator facing up. Keep pressure on the bolt while flipping upside down, set the bolt into the recieving hole in the washing machine. Done and done... 5 minutes.

The part came fast and I easily repaired my appliance.

The part was delivered when promised. The hardest task was removing the old bolt. I ended up using an impact driver. The new part is now reinforced with thicker plastic around the base where the original broke off. I expect that it will last longer than the original. New bolt went in easily but you will need a socket set extension to reach through the agitator..

I ordered the agitator for my washer and it literally came in the mail the next day. I installed it and had the washer working in 10 minutes. If I need a part for any other appliances in the future I will definitely look through the partselect catalogue again. thank you very much.??

Couldn't believe part was at my home less than 24 hours .Was exact part needed for my machine assembly was easy and back to washing again .Thanks part select husband was impressed!!!
