The code HE is flashing on most cycles except the quick and dry one.
I changed the heater element but it's still flashing. Do you know what parts need to be replaced?

Thank you for your question. The HE error code indicates heater failure. The electronic control board has a stuck relay which will keeps the heating element on and it will need to be replaced. The part number for the electronic control board is PS11710961. We hope this helps!

My dishwasher keeps throwing code 03 even after everything has been cleaned (nothing is plugged in the draining)as per the trouble shooting in the manual.
Why does it continue throwing that code and what needs to be done to repair the dishwasher so it doesn’t throw the code?

Thank you for your question. The 03 error code indicates that there is an internal leakage in the dishwasher. If drain pump impeller is broken, or if the drain pump and drain hose are clogged, this code may appear. You will need to inspect these parts to see which one is causing the issue. I asked 6 days ago what could be the problem concerning the code HE after most of my dishwasher cycles but not all of them.
It seems like the Quick and dry cycle runs normally.
Your answer was to replace the control board and i ordered from your company. I did the replacement with the new control board but the problem is still the same.
Do you know any other options that might help?

Hello Guillaume, Thank you for reaching out. The HE error code indicates a temporary heater error. This could mean the water isn't heating up, or it's heating up too much. If the Board did not fix the issue the next suggested part is the Heating Element. The Element can be tested with a multimeter to check continuity. We hope this helps!
