Washer will not start , until you hit the start button three times , with a new start lid switch , is it the switch on the control panel , don,t know what to do next or which switch is bad .

Hello Linton, thank you for inquiring. If you already replaced the Lid Lock Assembly part PS11756782 for your model, you will want to consider either the Sensor part PS11749664 or the Electric Control part PS11754162. We hope this helps.

Dropped lid, now washer won’t run through its cycles. Tub spins after a reset for a seconds and stops with a bussing noises. Help please

Hello George, thank you for your question. It sounds like the lid switch might be broken. It could also be your timer or water-level switch. You can test the lid switch with a multimeter. Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet before you begin. Set your multimeter to the lowest ohms of resistance and test your lid switch. If it does not read any continuity, then your lid switch is indeed faulty. Part number PS11756782. In this model, the timer and water level witch are part of the control board, part number PS11754163. We hope this helps!
