Is the defrost timer part of the main power board?

I replaced part # 242058232 because the dispaly we only half working. And then the fridge did not seem to cool real good. And then i replaced the 240597203 and now the display is showing the fridge is -41 degrees! But the freezer temp is at 2 degree which i think is correct. Can you help ?

is this the board that controls frig. an freezer compressor startas stop?

The display board on front of freezer do not show number clearly. Also we have a problem with items freezing in the refrigerator. Is it the control board that we need to replace or what?
