What light bulb i can use other than the expensive on?
For model number FFFu1472qwk
Hello and thank you for writing.
This is the only OEM light bulb for your unit. It is important to replace the bulb with the same size and type that was supplied with the refrigerator. Most Appliances refrigerators (fresh food and freezer) use 40-watt appliance bulbs. Some models use a 60-watt bulb. These are special bulbs that can withstand the low temperature and moisture exposure, so any regular light bulb will be hazardous as it might explode under extreme conditions. We hope this explanation helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

What, may I ask, is the most likely cause or problem?
May you please advise.

Is there another bulb that will work in place of this one in our upright freezer? This item is abnormally expensive and lasted less than 3 years.
For model number Frigidaire 5304498578 LED
Hello Stan, Thank you for the question. Very sorry but we only list the original OEM parts. We apologize that our prices are not as low as you expected. We base our prices on what we are charged by the manufacturer for the parts. We try to keep our prices as low as possible but do also have to keep them at a level to help cover our costs. We hope this helps to explain the reasoning behind the prices!
