What does f5 e2 meaning on my machine
For model number WTW7300DW1
Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. The F5 E2 alert indicates the washer can't engage the lid lock because there may be an obstruction in the lid lock area or a defective Lid Lock PartSelect Number: PS11722981. Hope this helps!
Hi Karla,
Thank you for your question. Close the lid on your washer and touch power to clear the display. Also, turn the circuit breaker off or unplug it for a few minutes and then restore power to it. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Why does my wash cycle stay on "37 minutes" and rinse, spins, rinse, spins until i have to stop it unplug it to reset and then it fills up with water and will not drain. Then i have to turn the water off and reset the washer again then put it through a spin cycle. Then it will drain, spin and complete after 15 minutes on timer. This completes my wash for the day.

Hi Barbara,
Thank you for your question. If your wash cycle is not advancing, the issue may be with the lid lock assembly. The lid switch or lid lock assembly is normally located beneath the main top with a projection on the lid or a pin attached to the lid that will actuate the switch when the lid is closed. The lid switch supplies power to the timer and motor circuits. To verify if the lid lock assembly is working, unplug your washing machine from the electrical outlet and remove the cabinet or top panel and locate the lid switch. After finding the switch, begin by ensuring that no levers or actuators are damaged or sticking and that the switch is being activated mechanically when the lid is closed. If no issues are found when performing the above checks, remove the switch and set your multimeter to the Rx1 setting. While pressing and holding the switch button, place the probes on the switch’s terminals, you should receive a reading of zero. If you receive a different reading, you will need a replacement lid switch. If the lid lock assembly is fine, there are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will also need to check the electronic control board, the drain pump, the water inlet valve and the water level pressure hose. You will find the information on how to test these parts under Free Repair Help and Instant Repairman on our website. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
My washer won't spin during the wash cycle, it does spin if I use the rinse and spin under utility tools? No codes.

Hello Larea, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the gear case/transmission, the clutch, the stator, the rotor, the water level pressure hose, and the electronic control board. Good luck with your repair.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
As women, myself and my daughter completed this fairly simple repair. The replacement washer plate was top quality and included the washplate replacement screw. Additionally, we purchased a tube of lock tight to further secure bolt placement. The most difficult part of the repair is to disengage old screw and securely replace with new one. Very pleased with fast delivery Excellent customer service and top quality part. Thanks
