Hello Martin, thank you for contacting us. The washer does not have a temperature sensor. If it does not solve your issue, you may need to replace the control board, part number PS11723057. We hope this helps.
I am getting error code E3 and F5 at the end of the wash cycle
For model number WTW7040DW0
Hi Ivan, thanks for reaching out. Based on our research, the F5 E3 error indicates that there is an issue with the lid lock, part number PS11722981. Before replacing it, we would suggest removing any objects from the lid and clearing any obstructions. If this does not help, then reboot the machine by unplugging the washer and wait two minutes before plugging the machine back in. If the issue still exists, then you may need to replace it. We hope this solves your problem!
Are the screens where water goes into machine removable mine are very dirty and water barely comes in do they pull out or screw out ? Thank you
For model number WTW7040DW0
Hello and thank you for writing.
Those little screens just pull off on most models, you might need a putty knife to get in the edges in order to do this as debris might hold them down. If you have a model with screws the screw should be right in the center of the screen. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Cycle stops and I have a dr code. Using rinse & spin will complete the cycle. Is this the control module?
For model number WTW7040DW0
Hello John, Thank you for the question. The DR Error code indicates a Drainage Issue. We suggest checking the Drain Pump and Hoses for a blockage or clog. If everything is clean, you may need to replace the Drain Pump. We hope this helps!
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
