Ice maker filling too much. How can fill level be adjusted lower?
For model number WRX735SDHZ03
Hi Jim, thank you for contacting us. We have researched and found that water inlet valve controls the amount of water that is delivered to the ice maker. If this valve is not shutting off properly, water will continue to flow into the ice maker, causing it to overflow with water. We would recommend replacing the water inlet valve, part number PS11775241, to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
Hello Daniel, thank you for your inquiry. To view and adjust the temperature, press and hold the TEMP button for 3 seconds. When adjust mode is activated, adjusting information will appear on the display screen. When you have finished viewing (and adjusting if necessary) the refrigerator's set point, press TEMPERATURE to change the display to show the freezer's set point. When the zone has been changed, "FREEZER" appears on the display screen. Press LOCK to raise the set point, or press OPTIONS to lower the set point. When you have finished viewing (and adjusting if desired) both the refrigerator and freezer set points, press MEASURED FILL to save the settings. To exit without saving changes, press ICE TYPE at any time while in adjustment mode, or allow about 60 seconds of inactivity, and adjustment mode will turn off automatically. The set point range for the refrigerator is 33°F to 45°F (0°C to 7°C). The set point range for the freezer is -5°F to 5°F (-21°C to -15°C). We hope this information is useful!

Water dispenser making a thumping noise and water is slow.
For model number WRX735SDHZ03
Hello Steve, thank you for reaching out to us. The following four parts can most probably cause a noisy water dispenser problem:
1. Damaged or clogged water filter
2. Trapped air in water lines
3. Defective water inlet valve
4. Defective water filter housing
We would recommend checking the water supply lines for kinks and blockage and replacing the water filter, part number PS11722130, if it is due. Remember to dump the water completely from the refrigerator after replacing the water filter to remove any trapped air. Also, inspect the water inlet valve via a multimeter and ensure that it is good. If you have any follow-up queries please feel free to reach out to customer service, we are available seven days a week. Glad to be of help!

I am trying to get the big glass out to clean it and I am having trouble. I think it is called the crisper glass not sure. I just want to remove to clean it.
For model number WRX735SDHZ03
Hello Linda, thank you for your inquiry. We have found the installation instructions for the glass shelf. These instructions may not be of the exact model but will help you. First, you may need to take the bucket slightly out. Then lift the glass shelf by pushing it from the bottom side. After that, slide the glass shelf outside to clean it. And follow back the same steps to reinstall it. We hope this information is useful!

Ask a Question

Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I removed the drop-down outer housing by gently prying the sides of the two pivot pins at the rear. This gave me move 'room' to grip and slightly rotate then pull the old filter forward and away from the tight suction connection. I was concerned that I would be too forceful for the plastic assemblies and would break something; deliberate motions and a steady thought process on the problem helped disengage the darned old filter!
