Push the tubing into the filter inlet until it is flush with the fitting collar. Place the filter outlet over a bucket and flush it out by turning on the water supply valve and allowing it to flow for about five minutes. Now connect the outlet of the filter to the water line going to the appliance. Turn on the water supply.
