Our Operations & Customer Service centre located in Truro, Nova Scotia is where we provide exceptional support to DIY-ers across the continent, regarding their order status, shipment tracking, and general repair inquiries. Our customer service team offers a fun, relaxed, and professional atmosphere, often partaking in team activities to continue to foster our close-knit spirit. As we also produce our Youtube content at this location, you'll truly be at the heart of it all!
