If you have any questions about your order, please click here or email CustomerService@PartSelect.ca. In order to have your request processed more quickly, please be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

Returns and Cancellations
To cancel an existing order or to return a part, please click here or email CustomerService@PartSelect.ca. Please ensure that you include your name, order number and part number to identify your order.

Research
All information available to PartSelect may be found on this site. If you have not been able to locate your model, please see our help. PartSelect's customer service staff is unable to respond to inquiries requiring research.

Order by Phone
PartSelect's Order Desk is available toll-free at 1-800-901-6912 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern time, Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time. The customer service staff of the Order Desk is unable to provide research or technical assistance via the phone. If you are uncomfortable providing your credit card over the Internet, you may call the Order Desk and they can process your order over the telephone. You must have the part numbers of the items you are ordering ready before you call.

Order by Email
You may order parts from PartSelect via email if you choose. To process your order, you must provide PartSelect the following information:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your shipping address, including postal code (note we cannot ship to PO boxes)
• Your telephone number
• A list of the items you wish to purchase (either PS numbers or OEM numbers) including the quantity of each
• Payment information - we recommend you provide a telephone number to be reached at, rather than put your credit card information in an email
